Monitoring

Repairs have been made to the cut fiber, customers should start noticing their equipment coming back online over the next few minutes. If you do not notice that your service has not come back up by 2pm, power cycle your fiber ONT by unplugging the power cord from the outlet for a full 30 seconds. Once you have done that plug into power and then power cycle your router by unplugging from the power outlet. This process should take about 3 to 5 minutes for everything to come back up. If you have a red Alarm or LOS light on your fiber ONT please contact our office at 765-922-7916.

Identified

The issue regarding areas affected is due to a fiber line being cut. Repairs are being made and more updates will follow.
