We have a bad sector. We have ordered replacement parts but getting the tower climber to climb will be dependent on the weather this week.

We are aware that some of our wireless internet customers that are off of Point Isabel are experiencing a loss of service. The storms last night were believed to be the cause of the loss. We are in the process of getting a repair team together to address the issue but we do not have an ETA on when service will be back up due to the weather today. We will update as we get more information.
